El Barrio is one of our favorite Mexican restaurants! They don't take reservations so the wait can get long but it is worth it. While you wait, walk down the street to Collins Bar for a custom cocktail!

This is right where you'll find us most every Sunday for lunch! This is our favorite meat and three in Birmingham. Come early, cause the line can get long! This would make the perfect day after wedding lunch! Hint: you must try their famous fried green tomatoes!

Come for the pizza, stay for the ambiance! Slim's is in the heart of Crestline and has some of our favorite pizza in town. The inside makes you feel like you aren't even in Birmingham anymore with its cozy vibes! They also serve Big Spoon for dessert which is our favorite local ice cream shop!

If we are having a date night, more than likely it is here (or El Barrio across the street)! This is our favorite sushi restaurant. They also have great non-sushi options as well! You must try the tempura green beans!

Wooden City has great food, drinks and great service! They have a little bit of everything from pizza to burgers to chicken schnitzel. Everything we have had here has been so yummy and we highly recommend checking them out! Perks, it's on one of Birmingham's oldest, historic cobblestone streets!
